Details on requirements for all programs:

  • EAGE REQUIREMENTS: We serve participants ages 5-24.
  • EREFERRAL: Participants may be self-referred or referred by other agencies.
  • EFEES: All services and programs are free.

Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP)

The Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) is the first federal funding stream for programs that teach contraception for the prevention of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

Sexual Risk Avoidance Education

The Sexual Risk Avoidance Education program teaches youth how to voluntarily refrain from non-marital sexual activity through sexual risk avoidance education. The purpose of the program is to teach youth to make healthy choices.

S.W.A.G. (Students Winning and Achieving Goals)

Students Winning and Achieving Goals (S.W.A.G.) is an afterschool program designed to reduce juvenile delinquency. The program has structured activities for children ages 5-17 years old in Levy County. The program is designed to support academic achievement through the provision of a wide variety of quality activities and culturally enriching programs that increase students’ interests, creativity, and self-esteem.

L.E.A.P (Learn. Engage. Achieve. Participate) Mentoring Program

The L.E.A.P (Learn. Engage. Achieve. Participate) Mentoring Program is designed to ensure that youth in Levy County have the tools to develop academic, social, and personal skills that are necessary to promote success in school and future endeavors. The program will benefit the community and the juvenile justice system by decreasing minority overrepresentation at several key stages in the juvenile justice process.
